DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at contact@zenihouse.com.
